About the Internship:

Join I Vision Info Tech as a Flutter Developer Intern and gain hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. You'll work alongside experienced developers, contribute to real-time projects, and sharpen your skills in Flutter and Dart development.

Responsibilities:

Background:

· Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator/Developer in a relevant industry

· Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solutions

· Previous industry/functional experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, Enterprise, General Business

• Have been involved in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects. 
• 3+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Experience in Sales and Service modules.
• Experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET & JavaScript programming. 
• Experience in building canvas app, model driven app and power automate flows is required.
• Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis & requirements gathering. 
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies. 
• Understanding of SQL Server 2016. Able to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Graduate in any specialization
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service industry, with 2-3 years of managerial level experience, preferably in fields like Contact Centre Operations, E-commerce or Customer Interface Operations
• Experience in Contact Centre operations or experience working with front line and service delivery processes, especially e-commerce
• Good presentation and MS Excel skills

Roles and responsibilities:

• Perform quantitative assessment and continuous process improvement to drive business and efficiency.
