Responsibilities

🎨 Design & Branding – Create high-quality graphic assets, illustrations, and branding elements for digital platforms.

🖌️ Motion & Character Design – Develop engaging character designs, motion graphics, and animations for UI interactions, marketing, and social media using After Effects, Blender, or similar tools.

📱 UI/UX & Prototyping – Assist in designing web and mobile experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys, while maintaining a consistent design system. Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and user engagement.

🤝 Collaboration – Work closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to ensure seamless design-to-development workflows.

🚀 Trends & Innovation – Stay updated with UX trends, typography, color theory, and AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows.

💡 Creativity & Ideation – Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas, and refine designs based on feedback

Requirements:

🎓 Education – Any degree in graphic or motion design (Mandatory).

🖍️ Graphic Design Tools – Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools (Mandatory).

🎞️ Motion Graphics Tools – Experience with After Effects, Blender, or similar tools (Mandatory).

📐 Branding & Aesthetics – Strong knowledge of branding, typography, and color theory.

🎭 Character & Motion Design – Ability to create character designs, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms.

📲 UI/UX & Prototyping – Understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, and prototyping. Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales quota
• Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.
• Generates leads with the support of SDRs by contacting prospective clients through cold reach outs, networking and industry events.
• Qualifies new leads and determines serviceability of prospects
• Understands the communication needs of enterprise customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
• Designs develops and delivers sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
• Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information with the support of SDRs

What you should have

• 3-8 years experience in similar roles; Experience as Account Executive or Sales Development Representative at any technical product company is a big plus!
• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
• Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound reach-outs every day
• Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects

Responsibilities 

• Maintain a clean and extensible code base 
• Take ownership of whole projects on your own, but also willing to be a contributing member of  your iOS development team as a whole 
• Work across disciplines with team members from front-end, backend, design, and product to ship  features

Requirements

• You owned or were a primary contributor, to the development of at least one application on the  app store 
• You are very familiar with new technologies, open-source frameworks and commonly used  design patterns

• You have experience shipping quickly and often and can debug performance bottlenecks

- A revolutionary way of providing continuous assessments of a child's skill and learning, pointing the way to the child's potential in the future. This as opposed to the traditional one-time, dipstick methodology of a test that hurriedly bundles the child into a slot, that in-turn - declares- the child to be fit for a career in a specific area or a particular set of courses that would perhaps get him somewhere. At the core of our system is a lot of data - both structured and unstructured. 

- We have books and questions and web resources and student reports that drive all our machine learning algorithms. Our goal is to not only figure out how a child is coping but to also figure out how to help him by presenting relevant information and questions to him in topics that he is struggling to learn.

Required Skill sets :

- Wisdom to know when to hustle and when to be calm and dig deep. Strong can do mentality, who is joining us to build on a vision, not to do a job.

- A deep hunger to learn, understand, and apply your knowledge to create technology.

- Ability and Experience tackling hard Natural Language Processing problems, to separate wheat from the chaff, knowledge of mathematical tools to succinctly describe the ideas to implement them in code.

- Very Good understanding of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning with projects to back the same.

- Strong fundamentals in Linear Algebra, Probability and Random Variables, and Algorithms.
