Job Responsibility :

We are looking for a stylish, customer-focused, and trend-savvy Fashion Consultant to join our team. You'll play a key role in elevating the customer experience by offering personalized style advice, curating looks, and guiding product choices based on current trends and individual client needs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate trends into wearable, brand-aligned looks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide pre-sales support
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic technical documents
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, logistics, and accounts teams
• Conduct product demos and explain product features
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer interaction records
• Support sales team with daily reporting and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to infrastructure and e-Governance projects.

Prepare and update MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and financial analyses.

Study business processes, organizational structures, and assist in drafting EoIs, RFPs, and

RFQs.

Support all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation.

Define requirements, timelines, costing, payment terms, and service levels.

Monitor project status, SLAs, issue resolution, and vendor performance.

Assist in all departmental e-Governance initiatives and related tasks.

Key Skills:

Language required: English, Hindi and Marathi

Experience working with the infrastructure domain is preferable.

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Understanding of government systems and processes

Experience in project documentation, costing, and vendor management

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools

• Web Development: Creating and implementing the technical aspects of websites and web applications

• This involves working with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build the front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side logic)

• Web Design: Collaborating with designers and using design tools to translate mockups and wireframes into functional web pages that align with the visual and user experience (UX) design

• Front-end Development: Focusing on the client-side of the application, ensuring responsive and interactive user interfaces, optimizing for various devices and screen sizes

• Back-end Development: Dealing with the server-side logic and databases to handle data storage, retrieval, and manipulation

• This may involve working with technologies like Node.js, Python, PHP, and more.

• Database Management: Creating and maintaining databases that store website/application data efficiently and securely

• Testing and Debugging: Identifying and fixing technical issues, ensuring the website or application functions smoothly across different browsers and devices

• Website Optimization: Improving website/application performance, load times, and overall user experience

• Version Control: Using version control systems (e g, Git) to manage code and collaborate with other developers

• Security: Implementing security measures to protect websites and applications from potential threats and vulnerabilities

• Collaboration: Working closely with designers, other developers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are followed

• Continuous Learning: Keeping up with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices to improve skills and stay current in the rapidly evolving web development landscape

• Deployment and Maintenance: Deploying websites/applications to servers and performing regular updates and maintenance to keep them running smoothly

Desired Candidate Profile

• Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech) or BCA/MCA from a reputed university.

• Ability to develop and manage e-commerce websites and web applications.

• Good understanding of fundamentals and concepts of PHP Scripting language.

• Good understanding of Smarty language.

• Hands-on experience in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery and CSS3.

• Knowledge of OOPS & Database.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Alternate Saturday and all Sunday will be fixed off

Job Role: Adaptive Autosar + Bootloader Developer

Mandatory Skills:

• Adaptive Autosar Development
• Bootloader Experience
• C++ Programming
• Hands-on experience with ISO 14229 (UDS Protocol)
• Experience in Flash Bootloader and Software Update topics
• Proficient in C++ and Python programming
• Application development experience in Service-Oriented Architectures
• Hands-on experience with QNX and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with software development tools like CAN Analyzer, CANoe, and Debugger
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Exposure to the ASPICE Process is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in tasks related to the integration and development of Flash Bootloader (FBL) features and perform comprehensive testing activities.
• Collaborate continuously with counterparts in Germany to understand requirements and develop FBL features effectively.
• Create test specifications and meticulously document testing results.

• Execute social media design projects, while working closely with the content team.
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics in line with trends in social media.
• Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software

• Strong aesthetic knowledge with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts

• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field if any.
