Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive/Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and basic knowledge about digital marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and messages

Generate leads and build a strong pipeline

Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients

Assist in client communication and relationship building

Collaborate with the sales team for market strategies

Have an Experience indeveloping nativeAndroid apps(depth knowledgeof Android SDK,

NDK)

Depth knowledge of SQLite and Room

Excellent in JAVA, Kotlin language with a good debugging Skills

Expert in using Android Studio and Git .

Developing universal application, which can run on most available android devices.

Must have good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming

Good eye for mobile app design and product sense

Experience in cross platform Tools like Appcelerator

Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.

Good communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders

Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

Experience of working on Android Studio.

Good in data structure and Algorithms.

Very Sound knowledge of Android Components.

Good in Multi-threading concepts(Desired).

Very good understanding of Java, garbage collection and design patterns.

Third party API Integration like Facebook, Twitter, Payment Gateways.

Experience with Android Google Maps API, and other location based services

• At least 2-5 Yrs. of experience handling end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Should be an individual contributor responsible for Full Recruitment Life Cycle: Sourcing, Screening, Interview Co-ordination and Follow-Ups etc.
• Experience working with W2/1099/C2C/GC/EAD/US Citizens/TN Visa/H1B work Authorization.
• Screen candidates to confirm work history, education, training, job skills, soft skills, and availability and salary requirements.
• Follow up with candidates during the entire process, keep them warm and also close the loop as appropriate 
• Candidate should be technically strong & possess knowledge of IT terminologies & current trends.
• Ability to source profiles using alternative sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Li-Searcher, GitHub and other networking channels)

# Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or C++

# Ability to use the Android Studio, including the Android SDK, with ease

# Prior experience as an Android Developer will be advantageous

# Excellent coding and proofreading skills

Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.

Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.

Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preferencing study.

Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.

Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.

Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.

Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.

Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.

Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.

Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.

Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.

Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.

Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement

Responsibilities and Duties
Java developer responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Key Skills
JEE, JPA2 , Hibernate
Required Experience and Qualifications
Proven hands-on Software Development experience
- Proven working experience in Java development
- Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Experience in the Spring Framework
- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
- Experience with test-driven development
