Business Development & Sales
• Identify and develop new corporate clients across industries such as manufacturing, IT, logistics, healthcare, and infrastructure.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Achieve assigned revenue, premium, and client acquisition targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to corporate decision-makers (CFOs, Risk Managers, HR Heads).
Client Relationship Management
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business risks and insurance requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct regular client meetings and policy reviews.
Insurance Placement & Advisory
