Responsible for regularly generate and analyse Inventory reports for the assigned site location, Support site Finance team on analysis of Cost of Raw Materials and Production, Inventory Variance analysis, updating of valuation class, Create and Archive Monthly Journal Entries. Analysis of inventory transactions to ensure integrity of inventory value, COGS, and inventory adjustments & provisioning, purchase price variance, to ensure accurate financial reporting of inventory.

Communication and (internal) stakeholder management with higher management levels within the Global Teva organization is required in this process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical/functional knowledge in Inventory Accounting, Closing and inventory reporting
• Preparation of Journal Entries & Supporting schedule
• Perform Monthly and quarterly inventory close activities of multiple entities
• Analysis of the inventory and variances per legal entities, obtain explanation on deviations and prepare a summarized reporting on a monthly basis within scheduled time
• Preparation & clearance of reconciling items of account reconciliations
• Hands on experience in submission of trial balance in HFM
• Hands on experience in Inventory analysis support site Finance leaders
• Identify & drive standardization opportunities in processes and tasks across the team

• Support of external and internal audit requests by providing inventory analyses
• Management of day-to-day operations relating to inventory accounting & analysis

• Ensuring that accounting books and records comply with accounting policies and regulations
• Provide supporting documents and explanations for all internal and external audit as and when required

Participate in ad-hoc activities and projects

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• University education in Accounting or Finance required
• ICWA / CA / MBA
• Minimum experience of 4+ years of inventory accounting & reporting experience
• Preferably familiar with USGAAP

• Working knowledge of internal controls
• Good working knowledge of SAP
• Good analytical skills and have hands on experience on inventory working & analysis

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English

• Experience in a multinational firm or within a GBS (Global Business Service) is preferred

• Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills

• Accustomed to working with deadlines, in a dynamic environment

• Results driven and service oriented to internal and external customers
• Excellent collaboration with colleagues within the local organization and with the colleagues of the global business service to support the overall Finance department’s goals and objectives

Required skill

• Around 6- 8.5 years of experience and around 4+ years in AI / Machine learning space
• Extensive experience in designing large scale machine learning solution for the ML use case,  large scale deployments and establishing continues automated improvement / retraining framework.
• Strong experience in Python and Java is required.
• Hands on experience on Scikit-learn, Pandas, NLTK
• Experience in Handling of Timeseries data and associated techniques like Prophet, LSTM
• Experience in Regression, Clustering, classification algorithms
• Extensive experience in buildings traditional Machine Learning SVM, XGBoost, Decision tree and Deep Neural Network models like RNN, Feedforward is required.
• Experience in AutoML like TPOT or other
• Must have strong hands on experience in Deep learning frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow or PyTorch 
• Knowledge of Capsule Network or reinforcement learning, SageMaker is a desirable skill
• Understanding of Financial domain is desirable skill

 Responsibilities 

• Design and implementation of solutions for ML Use cases
• Productionize System and Maintain those
• Lead and implement data acquisition process for ML work
• Learn new methods and model quickly and utilize those in solving use cases

➢    Expert in React JS with about 4 years of experience

➢    Experience in using libraries like D3, Material UI, style sheets and theme management

➢    Should be able to understand requirements & design, develop efficient React JS Code, should have used tools to automate the test and deployment to production

➢    Should have good knowledge on REST APIs, Error handling and writing Unit and Integration Tests

➢    Knowledge of Java is desirable

Responsibilities

➢    Understand the Visual Designs, Functional Requirements and come up with the design/components needed to build the user interface.

➢    Work with Visual Designers to understand the graphic design patterns, themes, and implement in a structured way in the product front end

➢    Work with server side microservices team to develop the JSON contracts

➢    Develop efficient React JS code to implement these requirements

➢    Automate the testing and deployment of these components to production

Main Priorities:

Experienced in Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Microfocus EMS tool. Operational Knowledge on below mentioned modules is a must.
