Job Description for IBM MDM Developer:

Role: IBM MDM Developer

Location: Pune

Experience – 5-9 Years

Notice Period: Under 60 days

JD for IBM MDM developer: 

• Experience in customizing IBM MDM version 11.4 or above versions. 11.6/Advance Edition is preferred version.
• Experience with IBM MDM Customization includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification Framework - Exposure to MDM Information Domains (Party, Contract, Product, Location etc.)
• Good experience in Java with RSA/ RAD IDE, SOAP Web Services/rest web service, XML, XSD, WSDL.
• Good experience in SQL preferably with Oracle DB.
• Basic knowledge of Unix
• Should be able to work as Independent team member
• Good communication skills.
• Good to have knowledge on OpenShift, Mulesoft or Camel

We are looking for a Ingredients HORECA Sales to grow business with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering clients. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, managing key customers, and driving sales of food ingredients within the HORECA segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new HORECA customers across hotels, restaurants, cafes, and caterers.
• Manage and grow sales with existing foodservice accounts to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
• Execute local promotions and sales initiatives to increase product usage and brand visibility.
• Monitor pricing, contracts, and customer performance to ensure profitable growth.

Requirements

• Graduate in Hospitality, Food Technology, or related field.
• 8–15+ years of experience in HORECA / Foodservice sales.
• Strong network within HORECA customers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Good to Have Skills:

1. Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

2. Familiarity with in-memory databases like Redis or Memcached.

3. Frontend skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks like React.js.
