What will you do at Fynd?

• Website Setup and Maintenance: Set up and configure new websites on our platform, ensuring they are fully functional and optimized for performance. Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure smooth operation.
• Sales Channel Integration: Assist in the integration and configuration of various sales channels (e.g., online marketplaces, social media platforms) to expand our clients' reach and sales opportunities.
• Content Management: Upload, update, and manage website content, including product listings, images, descriptions, and other relevant information.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving issues related to website functionality, sales channel integration, and other operational tasks.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and testing to ensure websites and sales channels are operating correctly and efficiently.
• Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for operational processes and provide training to clients and team members as needed.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor website and sales channel performance, using analytics tools to identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Some Specific Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in site operations, technical support, or a similar role within an e-commerce or technology environment.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to analyze website performance data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.

Role and Responsibilities 

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.  

• • Developing new user-facing features using React.js 
• • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use 
• • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code 

• • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. 
• • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 
• • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles 
• • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). 
• • Experience in Bootstrap framework.  

• • Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript 
• • Familiarity with RESTful APIs 
• • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token 
• • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools 
• • Experience with common front-end development tools such as NPM, YARN etc. 

• • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 
• • A knack for benchmarking and optimization 
• • Familiarity with code versioning tools Azure Devops. 
• • Experience in IDE such as VS code \ VS.
