Role Overview:

We are looking for a Front-End UI Software Developer with a keen eye for detail, design sensibility, and technical proficiency. You’ll collaborate with UX designers and backend developers to bring stunning and intuitive interfaces to life for our communication products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Develop front-end features using React.js, Angular, or any modern front-end framework.
• Work closely with product designers and backend developers to implement sleek and user-centric UI designs.
• Optimize components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Debug UI-related issues and improve application performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, front-end technologies, and coding practices.

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating UI with backend systems.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled React JS Developer with exceptional DOM manipulation expertise and real-time data handling experience to join our team. You'll be building and optimizing high-performance user interfaces for stock market trading applications where milliseconds matter and data flows continuously.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the intricacies of browser performance, and has hands-on experience with WebSockets and real-time data streaming architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Core Development

• Advanced DOM Operations: Implement complex, performance-optimized DOM manipulations for real-time trading interfaces
• Real-time Data Management: Build robust WebSocket connections and handle high-frequency data streams with minimal latency
• Performance Engineering: Create lightning-fast, scalable front-end applications that process thousands of market updates per second
• Custom Component Architecture: Design and build reusable, high-performance React components optimized for trading workflows

Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with traders, quants, and backend developers to translate complex trading requirements into intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to create responsive, trader-focused experiences
• Integrate with real-time market data APIs and trading execution systems

Technical Excellence

• Implement sophisticated data visualizations and interactive charts using libraries like Chartjs, TradingView, or custom D3.js solutions

• 5+ years of professional React.js development with deep understanding of React internals, hooks, and advanced patterns
• Expert-level JavaScript (ES6+) with strong proficiency in asynchronous programming, closures, and memory management
• Advanced HTML5 & CSS3 skills with focus on performance and cross-browser compatibility

Real-time & Performance Expertise

• Proven experience with WebSockets and real-time data streaming protocols
• Strong DOM manipulation skills - direct DOM access, virtual scrolling, efficient updates, and performance optimization
• RESTful API integration with experience in handling high-frequency data feeds

We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer for a three-month contract to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. • Create single page applications using a wide range of javascript & cutting edge libraries/frameworks.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of a project, including development, unit testing, system testing and change management.
• Research technical issues and provides recommendations to enhance JavaScript products.
• Manage/Lead a team of 10+ javascript fullstack developers to handle a wide range of projects across different products.
• Code reviews, Overall project estimations, Estimation reviews, Project planning.
• Interact with stakeholders for the development requirements gathering.
• Layout a technical career growth plan for the team members.

 What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferably from IIT,NIT & other premier institutes.
• Rockstar Javascript developer, who appreciates the intricacies of JS as well as passionate to follow new trends in JS.
• Experience with product companies.
• 9-12 yrs of software development on advanced JavaScript stack (Native Javascript, Asynchronous Request Handling, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, etc).
• 2-4 yrs of experience in leading and mentoring a team. 
• In-depth knowledge in ReactJS & NodeJS
• Proficiency in any other modern web frameworks will be a plus.
• A solid knowledge of advanced data structures & algorithms.
• Proficient in Computer Science fundamentals & object-oriented design.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to tackle those.
• Must possess a track record of building Single Page responsive UI.
• Experience with Databases such as NoSQL and any RDBMS will be a plus.
• Experience with transport protocols such as TCP, HTTP & WebSocket.
• Expressing and appreciating design patterns is a real addition.
• Critical of coding practices and development methodologies.

Profound understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser capabilities to build beautiful, fast and snappy applications.

Comfortable with jest for writing unit and integration tests/puppeteer for e2e tests.

Curiosity to remain updated with the newest technologies and frameworks. Intuition for usability and UI design, with an ability to balance polish with the constraints of timing and scope.

Comfort with any of WebRTC/Backend Stack/React Native is a strong plus.
