JOB DESCRIPTION – PROCESS COORDINATOR

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an active, smart, proactive, and client-focused Process Coordinator who can effectively manage core operations, coordinate with internal teams and clients, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to business growth through smart cross-selling and solution-selling approaches.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, take ownership of tasks, be proactive during meetings, and have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day core operational processes to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining professional communication and ensuring their requirements are properly understood and addressed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks, deliverables, and client requirements are assigned and completed within timelines.
• Proactively participate in client and internal meetings, contribute ideas, ask relevant questions, and ensure important action points are captured.
• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) with clear discussion points, decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Assign tasks to respective team members and follow up regularly to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to operations, tasks, client requirements, and team performance.
• Monitor ongoing processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute proactively to process optimization and improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, including client interactions, follow-ups, requirements, tasks, and status updates.
• Understand client requirements and proactively suggest relevant services, solutions, or value-added offerings wherever applicable.
• Identify opportunities for smart cross-selling and solution selling without compromising client relationships.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project/process execution.
• Escalate issues, delays, or operational challenges to the concerned stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of processes, tasks, meetings, and client communications.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of QA professionals. 
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities. 
• Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to QA Analysts and Senior QA Analysts. 
• Quality Assurance Strategy: 
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA processes and standards. 
• Define and enforce testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing processes, to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality. 
• Identify and mitigate risks in the testing cycle. 
• Client Collaboration: 
• Collaborate with client-facing teams, such as Strategic Account Management and Client Delivery Vertical Leads and Project Managers, to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. 
• Partner with clients to understand their quality requirements, review deliverables, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. 
• Testing Management: 
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of manual and automated test cases. 
• Ensure thorough testing of enhancements, bug fixes, and new features. 
• Collaborate with developers, solutions consultants, and other stakeholders to define testing and sign-off criteria. 
• Process Improvements: 
• Continuously improve workflows and tools to increase efficiency. 
• Stay updated on emerging QA technologies and trends. 
• Reporting and Documentation: 
• Track and report QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, pass/fail rates, defect slippage). 
• Document and communicate test results, defects, and resolutions to stakeholders. 

What Will Make You Successful: 

• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, standards, and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, TQM). 
• Proficiency in creating and managing QA processes and documentation. 
• Knowledge of testing tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail). 
• Strong experience managing client-facing projects, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality. 
• Life Insurance and Annuities proficiency or similar industry experience. 
• Ability to mentor and coach team to develop skill growth, retention, and innovation. 
• 9-12 years’ experience with a software development or tech background with exposure to leading a team of Quality Assurance Analysts or SDET. 
• Insight into nonfunctional testing. 

Highly Desirable Experience: 

• Firelight/Foresight experience.

• Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React , Node.js, and Mongo

• Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models
