About the Role:

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging visual content for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, banners, posters)

- Collaborate with marketing teams, content writers, and creative directors to execute integrated campaigns

- Transform marketing briefs into visually impactful designs that communicate brand messaging effectively

- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and maintain corporate design guidelines

- Perform photo editing, image retouching, and graphic optimization

- Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field - 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design

Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Note: CorelDraw experience is not applicable

- Expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and collaborative workflows

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity

- Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Main Purpose:

Peacock Engineering’s Technical Services team is now looking for an IBM Maximo Technical Professional to support the growing demand for Maximo enterprise asset management solutions, working from our office in Bangalore.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Technical expert in IBM Maximo EAM technology.
• Should be well versed in MBO customizations for Maximo 7.x version.
• Advanced JAVA, SQL knowledge.
• Maximo building and deploying to various instances.
• Business process management using workflow design and management.
• Expert Knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Provide technical services over the entire lifecycle of a project.
• communication skills (verbal and written) possess the ability to multi-task.
• Maximo installations and upgrade work experience
• Participate in solution architecture design.
• Perform application and solution development to meet project requirements.

Seeking passionate Software Engineers having 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills. And you enjoy collaborating with others
• 1+ year of experience with Ruby on Rails or other Ruby frameworks
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns

Responsibilities:

• Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, JSON
• Configuration Management (CMDB)
• Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
• Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
• Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
