Job Title: Junior Business Analyst with Project Coordination Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communication between teams.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring project goals are met.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and project deliverables.
• Assist with testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

Responsibilities :-

1.      Design and engineer new next generation fintech solutions.

2.      Implement, optimize and manage the microservices based architecture, end to end, considering various technologies and business stakeholders.

3.      Build the correct database design and be ready to evolve it as per upcoming requirements.

4.      Design, develop and implement various web and mobile app based customer/partner/merchant journeys.

5.      Work with multiple stakeholders to understand inherent complexities involved in building the new solutions on top of the existing product and provide the most suitable and optimized one.

6.      A go getter with no reservations, should be ready to jump in and code if required.

7.      Do code reviews and ensure that best practices are followed

Ensure that best security practices are taken care of while building the product. 

Requirements:-

1.      Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field

2.      At least 12 years of experience that includes at least 5 years of experience in technology architecture with a significant focus on building scalable full stack applications to be deployed on cloud

3.      Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to implement complex projects to successful completion

4.      Hands on experience in Nodejs, JavaScript, Mongo DB, Relational Database and React. Must be efficient in building efficient code and DB queries.

5.      Experience in using cloud services from various cloud providers i.e. AWS, Azure, OCI (AWS exposure is the must)

6.      Understanding and experience in ensuring the security best practices are taken care of while building the product.

Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Plan, schedule, and execute orders as per established processes and timelines, coordinating with junior Merchants and Surat and Mill incharges for daily updates.
• Track and manage product approvals at various stages, ensuring product specifications align with client requirements for an accuracy rate of 95% or higher.
• Oversee timely receipt of payments from clients, maintaining a 100% on-time payment rate.
• Manage product sampling and sourcing operations, ensuring over 95% of samples are received within stipulated deadlines.
• Administer all correspondence through emails, ensuring 100% accountability and traceability of communication.
• Confirm that all necessary approvals are physically received before order execution, maintaining 100% compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to guarantee smooth order execution.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings, using the insights to inform operational strategies.
• Participate in key industry events to establish relationships and showcase our offerings.

Principal Software Engineer /Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities: -

• You would take ownership of the existing system and scale it more than 10X over the next 2 years.
• Apply best coding standards.
• You would create the infrastructure that can serve 100s of customers and millions of data requests per hour.
• Over the next year or so, you would be able to guide a team of 5 to 15 people to accomplish your goals. Mentoring this team into a world-class engineering team would be a key part of your role.
• Your earlier experience in successfully building, deploying and running complex, large scale web or data products.
• You would work hand-in-hand with the Product Management team to build engineering capabilities that align with the evolution of the product.
• Eventually work with Data science teamwork to ensure that the algorithmic intelligence that we build is plugged into the product in an expected manner.
• Overall, you would be responsible for end-to-end architecting from Engineering standpoint.

Must have: -

• Total experience of 8+ years while relevant experience of at least 2 years.
• Have built a platform that handles at least 500k to 1 million data request an hour.
• Worked on building an infrastructure that serves 200k+ customers.
• Hands on coder.
• Expert level knowledge in at least one technology stack - Python or ideally, Java. Also Angular, React, Node.js
• Expert level knowledge with Elastic Search or NoSQL technologies like MongoDB/HBase/Cassandra/Redis/Neo4j
• Experience developing web applications.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Working knowledge of databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.
• Devops experience working with AWS / Other cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API’s.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
