Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, driving operational efficiency, implementing business strategies, and ensuring the company achieves its growth, profitability, and performance objectives. The COO works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to translate strategic goals into effective operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall business operations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, costs, and overall business performance.
• Lead and develop senior management and operational teams.
• Optimize processes, systems, and workflows.
• Ensure effective coordination across sales, finance, HR, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Establish performance management and accountability systems.
• Manage vendor, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Support the CEO in strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture across the organization.

Operations Executive

Job Description Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and improving processes for enhanced efficiency. They act as a bridge between various teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to support the company’s objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day deal and investment operations • Coordinate with Sales/RMs, Business, Tech & Marketing teams • Ensure updated deal dockets, trackers and operational MIS • Analyse investor, investment and deal-level data • Work extensively on Excel / Google Sheets • Use basic SQL for data extraction and analysis • Support investor-related processes including payouts, reinvestments and settlements • Coordinate with internal teams for documents and pending requirements • Identify operational gaps and drive issues to closure • Support new features/process launches and testing • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Requirements • 0–2 years of experience in Operations / FinTech / Financial Services / Sales Operations • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills • Good analytical and problem-solving ability • Strong attention to detail • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently • Interest in financial/investment products is a plus

Internship duration - 3 months

Conversion to a full-time position after the internship will be based on performance.
