We are seeking an experienced and driven SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and develop strategic plans to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive overall SEO performance for TrustCapital.com.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Oversee the SEO team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform regular SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record in improving organic traffic.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

Must have 3+ years of project/program management experience in Financial Services/Banking/NBFC/Fintech companies only.

Hands-on proficiency in data analysis and SQL querying, with ability to work on large datasets

Ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Experience in process analysis, optimization, and mapping for operational efficiency.

Good expertise in financial operations processes and workflows with proven implementation experience.

Skills:

 Design and build web applications with React and TypeScript, ensuring high-quality and responsive

 Ensure performance optimization, code modularity, and maintainability of applications

• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses.
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
• Providing daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

Prospective Sales Manager candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in the sales field, preferably in a fast-moving SaaS organization or startup. They should also have a successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals.

The right candidate should be able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge about allocating Sales Representatives to achieve or exceed set sales performance targets. The candidate must be skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM) as this position involves working with a lot of data and prospects.

Familiarity with our tech stack would be a plus (Zoho, Calendly, Google Apps, Redmine)
