Job Summary:

An experienced Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management. The role involves providing functional expertise and consultation to clients, ensuring optimal use of Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation on Oracle Fusion Cloud - OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Management functionalities.
• Good understanding of writing Fast Formula
• Understanding of Absences will be good to have
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to maximize their use of Oracle systems.
• Develop and implement customized Oracle solutions to meet client requirements.
• Ensure the successful integration of Oracle solutions with existing client systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on OTL.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting, with a focus on functional implementation.
• Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Job Title: Workday Core HCM Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Core HCM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The candidate will work with HR and business teams to understand requirements and configure Workday to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules based on business requirements.
• Work on Business Processes, Staffing, Organizations, Supervisory Organizations, and Employee Data Management.
• Gather requirements from HR/business stakeholders and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Support Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production changes.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide user support/training.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within Workday.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Configuration.
• Experience with Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Understanding of Staffing Models and Organizational Structures.
• Knowledge of Workday security and role-based access.
• Exposure to Workday Integrations is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Core HCM certification.
• Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Absence, or Time Tracking.
