We are looking for an experienced Quality Automation Lead to drive end-to-end test automation strategy, framework development, and quality engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Robot Framework, UI/API automation, CI/CD integration, and AI-enabled testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.
• Develop and execute UI and API automation test suites.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Implement AI-driven testing approaches for intelligent test generation and validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Mentor QA engineers and establish automation best practices.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of automation testing experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and Robot Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Experience in API automation (REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger).
• Good knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and Docker.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI-enabled automation and intelligent testing.
• Exposure to IGA/IAM domain.
• Knowledge of Postman, Allure Reports, observability tools, and quality dashboards.
