Job Description –

IT Recruiter • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

• Source potential candidates on LinkedIn/Naukri/Monster/CV Library & other platforms.

• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Excellent understanding of ATS.

• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements and ensuring collection of relevant information in the database.

• Presenting most suitable candidate profiles for internal/external reviews.

• Arranging interviews on phone/video/in-person.

• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

• Initiating onboarding of selected candidates.

• Performing background and reference checks.

• Reaching out for current job openings to passive candidates & consistently following up with prospective candidates.

Skills Required – IT Recruiter

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter with minimum 2 years’ experience

• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Solid knowledge of sourcing and work well in fast paced environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task and work effectively as a team player

• To take lead and manage the backend team.
• Taking ownership and developing new micro services/systems to improve the products.
• Managing and adding on to our linux based content management system as well as our web servers.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with serverless architecture.
• Hands-on experience with products at a scale of > 50K DAUs.
• Should be able to architect and implement complex services/systems in a simple and scalable manner.
• Self starter with the ability to lead a team.
• Should be an expert in: Python. AWS Lambda, RDS and EC2 SQL databases, specifically postgresql. NOSQL Database, specifically dynamoDB.
• Should be able to write automated test cases for developed code.
• Should be proficient in the linux environment.
• Having the following skills will an added bonus: Experience developing with Neo4j databases. Firebase services. * Experience working with Docker and ECS.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Participate in project discovery/analysis, design, and deployment planning.
• Document business requirements and functional specifications using Microsoft’s Surestep methodology (GAP Fit analysis and Functional Requirements Documentation).
• Analyze client business processes and recommend ways to improve or re-engineer for optimum performance.
• Implement and deploy Dynamics 365 Business Central software (design, configure, train, support).
• Understand user and system requirements and identify specific enhancement customizations if necessary.
• Provide data migration and conversion services.
• Deliver application training in online and in a one-on-one environment.
• Provide basic technical support for project life cycle as well as complex support issues.
• Manage client expectations, the project team (internal and external) all while providing superior customer service.
• Work with application developers during design, development, and testing phases.
• Draft end user documentation.
• Assist in presales demos and related activities

Required Candidate Profile:

• Should have worked in multiple versions of Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central for international clients.
• Should have completed at least 6-7 full life cycle implementation (Full Life Cycle = General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budget, Cash flow, SCM, Inventory, Decret Manufacturing).
• Background or strong career interest in finance or business analysis.

• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages (such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc depending on your technology stack)
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance (depending on the specific project)
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
• Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial or SVN)
