Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product design, development, and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global teams in manufacturing, product management, and quality assurance to translate concepts into production.
  • Provide comprehensive product support to sales teams, assisting customers with new designs and product recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Material Sciences or related field. Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred.5+ years' experience as an electrical / component / applications / NPI / product engineer
  • Demonstrated expertise in product design and development within the power and magnetics electronic components industry.
  • In-depth understanding of electromagnetic materials and their applications is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of electrical circuit theory, electromagnetic principles, and power electronics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in multiple time zones.
  • Ability to understand engineering concepts, research and effectively create white papers, application notes, technical briefs and other product-focused collateral.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability using hands to perform component analysis and testing, PCB assemble and soldering.
