• Mandatory Skill: Strong Experience in React JS, Node JS, and AWS -3+ years of relevant experience from Current Projects.
• Expertise with at least one Object-oriented JavaScript Framework (React, Angular, Ember, Dojo, Node, etc. ).
• Good to have hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming, multi-threading, data serialization, and REST API to connect applications to back-end services.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), Jenkins, and GitHub Actions is essential for this role.
• Proven cloud development experience AWS.
• Understanding of IT life cycle methodology and processes.
• Experience in understanding and Leading Enterprise Platforms/Solutions.
• Experience working with Microservices/Service Oriented Architecture Frameworks.
• Good Understanding of Middleware technologies.
• Possess expertise in at least one unit testing framework.
• Education: Avoid UG Degree alone and look only at B. E/B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc.

About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain highly performant api-driven web applications on our stack (Angular, React, SASS, Java SpringBoot, Mulesoft).
• Design and implement REST APIs to industry/company standards
• Work with our amazing product design team to develop and iterate on user interfaces that bring simplicity to complicated financial data.
• Interact with engineering members across the organization to ensure consistency in engineering practices and foster active exchange of ideas
• We have development centers in Atlanta, Houston, New York City and India and the ability to collaborate across a global organization is a key skill.
• Perform peer code reviews. Review performance, security and flexibility of the code.
• Participating in agile ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, release and sprint planning, demos, scrum of scrums).
• Work with Architect to define technical roadmaps
• Participate and help to evangelist and promote enterprise solutions with business and technology partners

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years experienced in front-end frameworks, such as Angular and React
• 3+ years experience in back-end technologies, such as Node.JS, ExpressJS, or Java Springboot
• 2+ years experience with Mulesoft
• Experience with core AWS services
• Experience working in an Agile team and environment
• Familiarity with software engineering support systems and tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, Gulp, Bower, Maven, Log4j
• Familiar with SSO solutions, such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID a plus
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry a plus

Good to Have:

• Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.

Technical Lead Responsibilities:

1. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

2. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

3. Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

4. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

5. Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

6. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

7. Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

8. Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

Technical Lead Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

2. A 3-4 years of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

3. In-depth experience in working with Reactjs and Go.

4. Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

5. Experience with blockchain technology preferable.

6. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with Python.

Experience developing desktop and mobile applications 1+ years experience of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, jQuery)

Need to have strong skills on MEAN or MERN stack
