Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the manufacturing domain (automotive, steel, FMCG, pharma, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, computer vision, digital twins, etc.
• Proficiency in content marketing, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a simple, compelling manner.

We are looking for an experienced Java Support Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining Java/Spring Boot-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production support, debugging issues, and ensuring smooth application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Java/Spring Boot applications in production and non-production environments.
• Perform incident analysis, root cause identification, and apply quick fixes or permanent solutions.
