Role Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Full Stack with 7 to 12 years of experience in developing scalable SaaS products using Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with microservices architecture, performance optimization, and cloud-native development, and is passionate about mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Proficient in building scalable SaaS products with a focus on microservices architecture.
• Technologies: Java (Mandatory), Spring Boot, ReactJS or any other JavaScript framework.
• Strong experience in designing RESTful APIs and using mocking frameworks.
• Skilled in profiling services and debugging performance issues.

Skills Needed

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks is required.

• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of (Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc.)
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments to an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / Mercurial / SVN)

Platon is looking for a minimum 2 - 3 years experienced and motivated Full Stack professional with SaaS to be an integral part of Web Apps team. The team is an essential part of the Technology team at Platon and works on solving technical challenges related to processing, visualization and presentation of continually scaling data in an easily accessible manner on the Platon platform.

You should have hands on experience with PHP, Laravel, Java, COREJAVA, J2EE, javascript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, MYSQL/Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Vuejs, Source code management (GitHub/Bitbucket),PWA etc. This role is ideal for you if you have a background in Full Stack development and are looking for the next level of career growth in a fast paced, learning based and merit driven work environment. mind Good to have experience in Native App development
