Job Description:

• Creation and execution of content strategy across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) adhering to the brand's requirements and guidelines
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative campaigns and content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages

 

Technical Skills required:

 

• Working knowledge on prominent social media content updation dashboards.
• Understanding of key social media engagement metrices.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power point. Good hands on knowledge on MS Excel is a plus.

 

Other requirements:

 

• Ability to work in a small yet closely-knit team and be willing to go an extra mile to help colleagues in time of need.
• Keenness to learn new things and grow.
• Good communication skills. May be required to speak to clients directly often.
• Ability to put across own PoV.
• Agreement to work long hours and even on weekends if required during peak work load periods. These would be seldom though may occur.
• Jovial and hardworking nature.

1. Hands on working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
2. Should be really agile on Adobe photoshop.
3. Ability to understand advertising and website / app design briefs and visualize the graphic look and feel.
4. Good aesthetic understanding in terms of colors and fonts usage.
5. Should have worked in a digital advertising / website development firm before.
6. A brief understanding of print and OOH creatives is a plus.
7. Knowledge of HTML5 coding also a plus.
8. Should be a patient listener and a team player.
9. Should have the attitude of working on short notices and off timings.

We are looking for a capable candidate to join us as a Sr. Executive - Social Media and manage our client's social media pages on a daily basis. The job responsibilities shall include: - Crafting topline social media content calender & strategy for managed brands - Ideating and executing content ideas - Publishing social media posts across handles like FB, instagram, Linkedin etc. on a daily basis. - Manage client expectations and deliver best possible solutions. - Manage social media timely reporting - Run social media contests and campaigns on required basis. We need a candidate who has really good grasp over English & Hindi languages, both written and spoken. He / she must be updated with current trends / news and must be passionate about what he / she does. Copywriting abilities are a plus.
