Job Title: Pre - Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Pre Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, individual will be responsible to provide technical expertise and support to our sales teams, ensuring that customers receive accurate, tailored solutions that meet their needs. Individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth, manage quotations, and ensure smooth execution of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, sales aptitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Strong technical skills and comfort in leading technical discussions.
• Sales aptitude with a keen interest in interacting with customers.
• Proactive approach with a strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of the PLC/Controller BMS industry preferred, though experience in HVAC is also acceptable.
• Familiarity with commercial terms and conditions and their application in sales processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Engineering Degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant in BMS or HVAC/ELV industry

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Python Developer. The Python Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming, programming, and databases. The role is located in Navi Mumbai but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Back-end web development and software development skills
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and programming languages, specifically Python
• Experience with databases, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience with source code management tools, such as Git
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience with algorithm design and analysis is a plus
• Experience with financial markets and trading is a plus

Required Skills:

• Candidate must have 3-4 years’ experience .
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Strong knowledge of Django and Flask frameworks
• Experience in developing and maintaining backend applications
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and database management

Who you are: 

• Graduate from any stream (Mandatory).  
• Engineering, BCA or BSc (IT or Computers) preferred 
• Team handling experience (Minimum 1 year). 
• Comfortable working in rotational & night shifts.
• Work Experience: 3 to 5 years experience specifically with technical support in the web hosting industry. 
• Have an understanding of different hosting products such as Shared,  Reseller, VPS, Dedicated Servers and addons like sitelock, codeguard,  SSL etc. 
• Proficient in handling a variety of web hosting related issues 
• Ability to take ownership and work independently, handle multiple  priorities, prioritize workload and meet deadlines. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze large sets of data using advanced excel/analytics skills. 
• Ability and willingness to transfer knowledge and experience to  colleagues and team members 
• Ability to develop and lead a team with role-modeling the right behaviors. Ability to influence others and motivate people. 
• Must be customer-focused with strong customer interaction skills. 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to solve complex problems quickly, inventively, and resourcefully
