Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be working with a leading MNC client in the health insurance domain. This role is based in Gurugram and requires candidates to work from the office, Monday to Friday. You will play an integral role in developing and enhancing applications using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases for efficient data management and retrieval.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for building scalable web applications.
• Strong experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of best practices in application development, security, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

What we are looking for:

Experience in building and re-engineering cloud based solutions on AWS.

Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming(OOPS) and design patterns is a must. Hands-on development on Spring MVC framework.

Experience working on Java 8 or above.

Must have very good knowledge of RDBMS such as MySQL and performance tuning of the same.

Exposure to server-side and client-side caching mechanisms. Ability to debug the applications and provide instant workable solutions.

What you will do?

• Write awesome code
• Your primary focus will be on building our product around our core algorithms. You will collaborate with our Performance Engineering and DevOps teams.
• Identify tactical and long-term product improvements (could be code, script, etc.) so that e6data development is based on frictionless onboarding of customers
• Build our internal Data Platform using e6data
• Adding scalable functionality to the core e6data engine for new features like UDFs, SQL functions, etc

What we are looking for?

• Worked with Java for a minimum of 4 years
• Knowledge of SQL Query planning will also be good to have
• A passion for continuous learning and growth (both at a personal and team level)
• Strong team player
• Experience (or enjoys) working in a startup will be an added advantag

Must Haves

• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems.
• 4+ years’  work experience in  software development
• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Understanding of operating system fundamentals (Linux)
• Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
• Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities
• Working experience with Kubernetes
• Experienced working with distributed databases at scale

• Experience in developing software using AWS native services & technologies.
• Experience taking a lead role in building and operating scalable distributed systems
