Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of sales consultants. This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring process adherence, and meeting revenue goals with a strong focus on consultative selling. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales consultants to consistently achieve monthly revenue and product targets.
- Conduct daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and individual performance check-ins.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Revenue Ownership:
- Own and drive the team’s overall revenue targets with a primary focus on IVR and WhatsApp Business API solutions.
- Enable team members to upsell and cross-sell add-on products such as SMS, Truecaller, etc.
- Monitor key sales metrics and support deal closures when required.
Training & Development:
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team for structured onboarding and skill development.
- Conduct regular mock calls, feedback sessions, and sales coaching.
- Continuously identify training needs to improve pitch quality and deal conversion.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or cloud communication domain.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a team handling or mentorship role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based pitching.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell our HRMS software to SMEs clients
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, demos, and product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with HR Heads, IT Managers, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to relay client feedback for continuous product improvement.
