Responsibilities:

• Lead technical direction, delivery and execution of technology roadmap, geared towards our overall vision
• Provide senior technical leadership at the highest levels in strong engineering culture
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Manage a team of around 10 engineers at various level of experience
• Experience working with Product Managers and UX Designers
• High level of maturity in delivery management in terms of project planning, execution, quality and stakeholder expectation management
• Regularly review team performance, collaborate with them on improvement initiatives/experiments and understand the data, team and workflow
• Attract, recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent

Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager or Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in the fintech industry, focusing on stockbroking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership experience, with proficiency in our tech stacks: React.js, Flutter, Golang, and MongoDB.
• Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.

Job Description

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
