·         Design, Develop, and Implement Integration solutions using Oracle Integration cloud (OIC) to connect various applications, Systems, and Services

·         Customize and configure OIC adapters, connectors, and Components to meet specific integration requirements.

·         Develop RESTful and SOAP Webservices for data exchange and communication between different systems.

·         Good Knowledge in Cloud technologies (Lamda function in AWS etc for integration with AWS)

Personnel Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field

Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience in IT industry.

Skills and Abilities:

·         Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using OIC

·         Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, and other data formats.

·         Experience in cloud based integration platforms, writing Lamda function and creating integrations with various channels.

·         Strong Knowledge in OIC API Integration.

·         strong understanding on SOAP based services and Rest bases services.

·         Strong development skills in JAVA

·         Strong knowledge on Authentication methodologies to be followed during the integration platforms.

You will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns end-to-end: audience strategy, creative and landing pages, conversion tracking, budgets, and reporting. Success is measured by pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.

Key responsibilities 

• Campaign ownership: Architect and manage search, display, video, retargeting, and paid social across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Full-funnel strategy: Map ICPs, craft messaging by funnel stage, and align ads with onsite journeys and sales motions.
• Performance optimization: Run structured experiments, improve CTR/CVR, scale winners, and reduce CPA while protecting ROAS.
• Tracking & analytics: Implement GA4, GTM, pixels, offline conversions, and CRM integrations; maintain clean attribution.
• Creative & landing pages: Brief and iterate ad creatives and high-converting LPs; A/B test headlines, offers, and UX.
• Budget management: Forecast spend, pace daily/weekly, and reallocate to highest-ROI segments.
• Reporting: Build actionable dashboards; present insights on CAC, LTV, funnel health, and channel contribution.
• Compliance: Ensure platform policy adherence, brand safety, and data privacy standards.

Required experience 

• 3–4 years in performance marketing with hands-on management of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven track record improving CAC/ROAS for B2B or marketplace products.
• Strong command of keyword/audience research, match types, bidding strategies, and exclusion frameworks.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, CRM and data-driven experimentation.
• Comfortable with basic SQL/Sheets for analysis.

∙Training and Mentoring: Provide training and support to less experienced team members to 

ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
