Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong data analytics background in Supply Chain Domain and willing to learn new technologies. This role is responsible for developing and enhancing products in supply chain, manufacturing, and unstructured data.
What You'll Do
• Discuss with customers/SME to understand business processes and formulate solutions to intricate requirements.
• Working with large datasets from disparate systems to derive trends, patterns, and correlations that integrates with data-driven solutions.
• Play a key role in enhancing the value of products and services.
• Produce quality deliverables like, high and detailed level designs including data model, API specifications, wireframes, program logics, user requirement documents etc.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure development is carried out as per the specifications. Guide the young development team with creative logics to solve complex requirements.
• Create test scripts and carry out functional testing, generate test results and ensure development is done as per expectations.
• Create WBS of new project/activity with task timelines and milestones with business outcomes . Estimate efforts required for each task.
• Ensure delivery of the tasks are as per the project timelines. Contribute to the achievement of Project KPI’s.
• Follow project management process as defined for the project (JIRA / any other application).
• Attend daily or periodic meetings with the clients, present status and discuss requirements, challenges and manage situations.
• Establish good relations with the clients and look for new business opportunities identified by gaps or pain points faced by them.

1-3 years experience in role of sales support, B2B sales support and/or office administration. Experience in working with a travel agency, travel website, travel sales back office or similar will be strongly preferred. Strong preference to candidates who have experience working with adventure travel. A preference towards operating in an environment where you are independent, organized, and can handle situations that require extreme multi-tasking.
