Role Description

● Thorough Understanding of - Test life cycle & Defect life cycle

- Evangelize the practice and its value proposition by working closely with Internal Leads of our client business teams and cross-functional teams like Content, Analytics etc.

Within the aligned audience(s), identify key human truth (insight) using data (quantitative/ qualitative) that leads to a communication platform (one-liner) that demonstrates what a brand should be saying to them and how it should be behaving in media to drive the change in perception/behaviour (from/to)
- Build activation platforms/ideas stemming from data-backed cultural or behavioural insights
- Set budget allocation - topline between online/ offline & key channels identified for each in order to hit the objective
- Consult on learning agendas & implications for all campaigns/projects - take the learning and apply to the next project
- Bringing the best from the outside in - Be the in-agency/ external expert on category and consumer trends (especially media-related but not limited to), and apply that knowledge to strategy
- Write/develop agency POVs based on the latest trends and developments that matter to our industry/clients
- Work on non-campaign projects such as brand portfolio, brand positioning, and GTM strategy as necessary
A bit about yourself:
- At least 12 years of relevant experience (strategy, media, consulting, research)
- Prior experience working on a global brand, with a proven track record of driving media and campaign strategies (along with presenting them to senior stakeholders)
- Ability to navigate both the digital ecosystem not limited to Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, OTTs, and also Linear TV, other offline media
- Understanding of brand and DR objectives
- Succinct in understanding client business should be able to translate business objectives to Media and close the loop with measurable metrics.
- Deep understanding of planning, audience research and measurement tools; with the ability to land on media solutions
- A Passion to help and developing people making yourself readily available to answer questions and offer support to the wider business team, and the ability to motivate people to succeed
- Vision for where communications strategy and the wider marketing industry is going
- More analytical than creative, yet strong in both
- An MBA is a plus but not a must.

- Good experience in react components, hooks and state.
- Experiences in the implementation of responsive web layouts
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Good experience with HTML5 & CSS3, Bootstrap Good understanding of JavaScript.
- JavaScript libraries and CSS frameworks are preferred.
- Working with Databases and Linux platform
- Understanding algorithms, databases and their space and time complexities

What you need to have:

- Have a penchant for solving complex and interesting problems, Worked in startup like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment

Your team delivers services to company businesses on component- qualification, availability and compliancy and supports generation, maintenance and verification of component data in the company databases.
- Support component registration activities for the company PCBA Platform program
- Complete and enrich component data in our PTC Windchill PLM system
- Transfer existing, legacy, component databases into registrations in PTC Windchill for those lead-customers
We are looking for
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant area of expertise
- 5 year experience in Component Data management and lifecycle management
- Knowledge on electronic / electro-mechanic components/parts is a must have
- Experience in database management and data migration, reporting, master data management and data cleansing

Lead, mentor & manage a team of content writers.
Prioritize high-impact UX research to identify opportunity areas and gaps, to fuel
product development cycles, across geographies
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, including partner teams, to understand

Conduct qualitative research, such as surveys, to evaluate the impact of product
changes and gather insights at scale
Conduct quantitative research studies and create reports including field

Ideal Candidate
3-8 years of experience in user or design research
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer
Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Comfortable with business tools like Excel and Keynote, to help you create and
share research findings, as well as design infographics

- Developing, releasing, and maintaining native Android Applications and oversee mobile application development efforts.
- Deliver across the entire app life cycle, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
- Extensive experience in developing mobile apps using Android SDK with proficiency in Core Java and design patterns.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

REQUIRED SKILLSETS
- Relevant industry experience of 2+ years.
- Great understanding of Android Development SDK.

- Expertise in Core Java with solid OOD principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Git, Retrofit, JetPack, RxJAVA 2, Kotlin, basic knowledge of NDK.
- Experience with development in Kotlin and Google Activity Tracker applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of Databases like SQL Lite, Realm, Room, etc.
Conversant with JSON API (i.e. RESTful APIs). - Should have experience in writing Android Studio Test Cases.
- Experience with SaaS platforms for mobile development like Analytics, Push Notifications, Cloud Storage, Ad Networks, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Android's debugging, unit testing, memory, and performance optimization tools.
