Role / Responsibilities

• Own functional configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, Supplier, Inventory, and Product Information Management (PIM/PDH) modules.
• Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and 2/3/4-way invoice matching.
• Configure and support Self-Service Procurement (SSP), Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and BPM approval hierarchies.
• Manage the end-to-end Supplier lifecycle, including supplier and supplier-site setup, Supplier Portal onboarding, Supplier Qualification, and Blanket/Contract Purchase Agreements.
• Configure and support Inventory Management, including inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, material status, transfers, shipping networks, FOB points, reservations, and on-hand tracking.
• Manage PIM/Item Management, including item classes, attributes, templates, catalogs, categories, item structures/BOMs, and New Item Request (NIR) workflows.
• Handle item data migration using FBDI/ADFDi and support data validation and reconciliation.
• Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
• Work with technical teams on RICE objects, including functional requirements, specifications, interfaces, conversions, reports, and extensions.
• Perform functional unit testing and support CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles.
• Troubleshoot interface and ESS errors, support data migration activities, and manage Oracle Support SRs.
• Support implementation and post-production application support lifecycles.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare functional documentation and training materials.
• Provide functional guidance on Cost Management, including standard/average costing and landed cost, where required.

• SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing capabilities including Ariba Spend Analysis, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance and Supplier Risk
• Should have experience in implementing on- premise and on- cloud Ariba.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Ariba P2P, Integration of P2P with backend ERP System.
• Strong Knowledge in ARIBA network skill set

·         Design, Develop, and Implement Integration solutions using Oracle Integration cloud (OIC) to connect various applications, Systems, and Services

·         Customize and configure OIC adapters, connectors, and Components to meet specific integration requirements.

·         Develop RESTful and SOAP Webservices for data exchange and communication between different systems.

·         Good Knowledge in Cloud technologies (Lamda function in AWS etc for integration with AWS)

·         Collaborate with Business analysists and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration workflows and data flows.

·         Perform troubleshooting, debugging and performance tuning of integration solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

·         Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, interfaces and configurations.

·         Perform Code reviews .

·         Ensure adherence to coding standards , development methodologies and security protocols throughout the software development lifecycle.

Personnel Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field

Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience in IT industry.

• Experience in Cloud based integration Platform.

Skills and Abilities:

·         Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using OIC

·         Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, and other data formats.

·         Experience in cloud based integration platforms, writing Lamda function and creating integrations with various channels.

·         Strong Knowledge in OIC API Integration.

·         strong understanding on SOAP based services and Rest bases services.

·         Strong development skills in JAVA

·         Strong knowledge on Authentication methodologies to be followed during the integration platforms.

·         Strong Knowledge in OIC GEN2 and GEN3
