What you will do
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Research and implement On page and Off page optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
What you will need
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, master’s degree is preferred
- Proven 4+ years of SEO experience
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Search Console, SEMrush)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

· Devise creative and engaging social media strategies following the design thinking process.
· Build user personas to create understanding and empathy with target audience.
· Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
· Craft engaging multimedia content across multiple social media platforms.
· Build key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
· Manage social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.

- Experience working with back-end SEO elements such as htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, and site speed optimization to optimize website performance
- Solid grasp of HTML/CSS, and a working understanding of JavaScript and how it affects SEO

Responsibilities
1. Plan, Develop and implement effective SEO strategies in order to increase the organic traffic to the website/landing page/blog.
2. Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization by collaborating with web developers and marketing team
3. Regularly perform thorough keywords research
4. Optimize the content of landing pages, blogs and websites and monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
