Master's degree is a plus. 2. 15+ years of experience as a SAP SD Consultant, with a strong focus on Green Field Implementation. 3. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD module settings within the SAP ECC environment. 4. Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements analysis to support. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders. 7. SAP SD certification is a plus. 8. Familiarity with related modules, such as SAP PP/MM/FICO/PS is beneficial. 9. Experience in process optimization, data migration, and system performance enhancement

Role Overview: 

We're looking to on-board an enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist who loves delighting customers. The role requires hand-holding customers during on-boarding and making them Astra-nauts (yes, that's what we call our customers & team members!) who are well versed with Astra's platform. 

The role will also require collaboration with our sales, security and marketing team. We're a cyber security company with CTOs, engineering leaders & CISOs as our ICP, hence we'll prefer candidates who come with some understanding of principles of computer science.  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring a smooth customer on-boarding
• Championing product adoption
• Maintaining high NPS
• Ensuring renewals of the accounts assigned to you
• Understanding customer requirements and translating them into deliverables.
• You will be attending to customer emails and phone calls on a daily basis

Required Qualifications

•   4–7 years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a full-time DevOps role

•   Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI), more than one will be a plus

•   Proficient in Kubernetes administration and container technologies (Docker, containerd)

•   Strong Linux fundamentals

•   Scripting skills in Python and shell scripting

•   Knowledge of infrastructure as code with hands-on experience in Terraform and/or Pulumi (mandatory)

•   Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting production environments
