Strong Product UI heavy Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum of 2+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on UI-intensive work

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end designs independently from wireframes and user flows through to final Figma handoff

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience with delivering both web and mobile designs

Mandatory (Tools): Must have strong working proficiency in Figma, Adobe, Photoshop etc

Mandatory (Skill): Must have solid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, sitemaps, and process flows for web and mobile responsive platforms

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio should be UI-heavy, with clear evidence of high-fidelity designs, visual craftsmanship, and end-to-end screen design

Mandatory (Company Type): Product companies or if candidate form services/design consultancies with worked on B2B SaaS projects/clients

Mandatory (Location): Must be comfortable working across two office locations (MG Road and HSR) in Bangalore

Prepare layout plan as per details

given in Annexure I

Plot allocation and preparation of

digital database linked to layout

plan.

Zoning plans; temporary vs

permanent establishment, sector

divisions, parking zones etc.

Preparation of concept notes,

presentations, brief reports etc. on

specific aspects related to layout

planning.

Should have a bachelor's in

architecture/planning preferably with

master’s in urban planning/ urban

design.

Should be proficient with CAD/GIS

drawings and should have experience of

undertaking drawings of similar scale in

an urban or event context.

Should have undertaken consultancy/planning projects for

cities/similar events.

• CTC to Offer - 10-15 Lacs
• Work Location - Mumbai / Chennai

Front End: React JS / Ionic Framework

Back End: Spring Boot / Java

Database: Relational Database

• Should have developed minimum 2 projects with the above tech stack end to end with each project duration of minimum of 6 months
• Should have developed REST/JSON APIs with Spring Boot
• Should be able to develop a module independently end to end
• Should be able to design a simple database
• Should be able to understand and clarify client requirements
• Should be able to write FSDs
• Should be able to write unit test cases manually or using tools
• Should have worked with Service-oriented architecture
• Should know about code maintenance, code review, unit testing

You will:

• Write excellent production code and tests and help others improve in code-reviews
• Analyze high-level requirements to design, document, estimate, and build systems
• Coordinate across teams to identify, resolve, mitigate and prevent technical issues
• Coach and mentor engineers within the team to develop their skills and abilities
• Continuously improve the team's practices in code-quality, reliability, performance, testing, automation, logging, monitoring, alerting, and build processes

You have:

For (Fullstack):

• 2 - 10 Years of experience
• Strong with DS & Algorithms
• Hands on Experience in the Programming languages: JavaScript (React or Angular), Python, SQL.
• Experience with AWS.

For (Geo Team):

• 4 - 10 years of experience
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Map Reduce, Kafka, etc
• Experience using object-oriented languages (Java, Python)
• Experience in working with different AWS technologies.
• Experience in software design, architecture and development.
• Excellent competencies in data structures & algorithms.

For (Backend):

• 2 - 10 years of experience
• Hands on product development experience using Java/ C++/Python
• Experience with AWS,SQL,GIT
• Strong with Data structures and Algorithms

Additional nice to have skills/certifications:

For Java skill set:

Mockito, Grizzly, Netty, VertX, Jersey / JAX-RS, Swagger / Open API, Nginx, Protocol Buffers, Thrift, Aerospike, Redis, Kinesis, Sed, Awk, Perl

For Python skill set: Data Engineering experience, Athena, Lambda, EMR, Spark, Glue, Step Functions, Hadoop, Kinesis, Orc, Parquet, Perl, Awk, Redshift

For (Data Engineering):

• 2 - 10 years of experience
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python.
• Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, RDS, Redshift,S3,Athena, Glue
• Must be proficient in GIT, Jenkins, CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment)
• Experience in big data technologies like Hadoop, Map Reduce, Spark, etc
• Experience with Amazon Web Services and Dockers

• 8+ years of experience with one of the top frontend frameworks - React (preferred) and with App development (recommended)
• Demonstrated experience in managing  successful engineering teams across both web and app development
• Solid understanding of modern CSS methodologies like SCSS, SASS
• Exposure to latest developments in UI development like PWA, Single Page Apps, Hybrid Apps, Responsive web design etc
• Deep understanding of Javascript topics including the V8 Engine, Async, Memory
• Management, Duplex Communication.
• Understanding of app development practices
• Prior startup experience is a plus

• As Team leader- TeleSales, you will have the responsibility of delivering on the sales strategy & revenue goals of the company.
• Train Tele Sales Representatives to deliver their best in every call that they do & adhere to Company’s promises & call flow.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to find exceptional talents for the telesales team.
• Focus on finding out the key tracking metrics for performance improvement and implementing them.
• Engage with internal stakeholders viz. Marketing, operations etc. for smooth operations and improvements.
