Designation- Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Better Analytics Pvt Ltd (Scremer). The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our user base, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and developing innovative strategies to promote Scremer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• The person in this role will lead the development of new business opportunities that support our overall growth strategy for our Software products and services.
• Perform marketing strategies, Initiate discussions with the employers/companies through emails, calls, campaigns, and scheduled meetings, and apply other techniques to acquire new clients.
• Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of business development initiatives.
• Create sales pitches about Scremer and effectively present them to employers/company SPOCS.
• Act as the face of Scremer in various industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Represent the brand professionally and effectively communicate its value proposition.
• Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
• Set up a sales pipeline and automate the sales process using tools like Odoo, Zoho CRM.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive Scremer's growth.
• Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teams to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
• Lead business growth strategies, identifying opportunities, identifying partnerships, and bringing in new clients.
• Should have leadership qualities, be highly motivated, be energetic, and be accountable for owning business outcomes including planning, executing, and forecasting.
• Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and positioning us as a strategic advisor delivering actionable insights and practical business solutions
• Identify and forge strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and influencers that align with Scremer's mission.
• Explore and implement monetization strategies for Scremer. Identify new revenue streams, such as premium features, partnerships, and advertising opportunities.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales.
• Should have extensive knowledge in sales and client acquisition.
• Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Should have strong communication skills, articulation, and presentation skills
• Conflict resolution and ability to take ownership and motivate a team.

Role will determine the process and strategy to be used in software design at a project level (Agile, top-down, bottom up, stepwise refinement, use of patterns and pattern languages, iterative and incremental processes etc.) and has a deep Understanding of the software development lifecycle and has knowledge of the overall application development space combined with understanding of the business and domain. Role will Identify risks across the project life-cycle and conceive mitigation strategies, will drive AGILE practices and frameworks within the organization and creating visibility for the same and guide the teams in application of AGILE frameworks, will resolve problems and identify opportunities for improvements within AGILE.  Will design and fine-tune DB solutions and will oversee performance tuning. Role will work with Configuration Management tools to enforce CM practices and processes. Role is required to help define and adhere to the QA standards and will work with a deep understanding of performance bottlenecks, production infrastructure, interfaces and dependencies of the product and Measure program performance against target and publish dashboards to leadership. Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Professional work experience of 15 to 20 years including 5 to 7 years in a leadership role.

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language), half the job is done. – 50% weightage
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc.  – 20-30% weightage
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. – 20-30% weightage
