About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to lead our Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) modelling efforts. This role will be instrumental in accurately measuring the impact of each marketing channel and touchpoint on user conversions and business outcomes. You will work closely with marketing, growth, and data engineering teams to develop attribution frameworks, enable budget optimisation, and enhance ROI measurement.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement algorithmic attribution models to quantify the impact of various

marketing touchpoints.

 Apply statistical, probabilistic, and machine learning methods to build MTA models that incorporate online and offline signals.

 Work with large-scale marketing datasets including impressions, clicks, conversions, and engagement metrics.

 Partner with marketing teams to improve channel efficiency and campaign planning based on attribution insights.

 Conduct model validations using holdout experiments and out-of-sample testing to ensure reliability.

 Automate model scoring and reporting pipelines to provide real-time attribution visibility.

 Create intuitive dashboards and documentation to communicate findings and influence strategic decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications

 5-8 years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or attribution modelling.

 Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and relevant data science libraries.

 In-depth knowledge of MTA techniques such as logistic regression, Shapley values, Markov chains, or time decay.

 Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journey analytics.

 Experience with model validation, experimentation design, and lift analysis.

 Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a product mindset.

.Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging and compelling content for digital platforms.

Collaborate with writers, directors, and producers to create promo videos, teasers, and short-form narratives.

Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.

Ensure all content aligns with StoryTV’s creative vision and audience expectations.

Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, OTT-style distribution, etc.).

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.

Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and storytelling formats.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor in entertainment, digital media, or advertising.

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement in short-form content.

Basic knowledge of color grading, audio syncing, and sound design.

Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

About the Role :

 We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer with a good background in Ansible to join our team. The ideal candidate will involve in implementation, and management of advanced network infrastructures, focusing on automation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Managing network infra with 24/7 support environment and provide 99% network up time 

·         Managing & Troubleshooting of LAN, VLAN, Web filter, IP routing, LACP, Wireless & WAN networks

·         Hands on experience on Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco switches, HP Procurve, Aruba Wireless

·         Good to have knowledge on F5 load balancer, ClearPass, Aruba Wireless IAP/ Controller based Radius Integration

·         Develop, test, and maintain Ansible for network automation.

·         Monitor network performance and implement improvements.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and security.

·         Mentor junior network engineers and provide technical guidance.

Maintain comprehensive network documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         Extensive experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.

·         Knowledge in Ansible for network automation.

·         Deep understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).

·         Experience with network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).

·         Proficiency in Cisco Meraki configuration and management.

·         Expert-level knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls.

We are looking for very hands-on DevOps engineers with 3 to 6 years of experience. The person will be part of a team that is responsible for designing & implementing automation from scratch for medium to large scale cloud infrastructure and providing 24x7 services to our North American / European customers. This also includes ensuring ~100% uptime for almost 50+ internal sites. The person is expected to deliver with both high speed and high quality as well as work for 40 hours per week (~6.5 hours per day, 6 days per week) in shifts that will rotate every month.

This person MUST have:

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience troubleshooting/setting up of the Linux environment, who can write shell scripts for any given requirement.

• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up/configuring AWS or GCP services from SCRATCH and maintaining them.

• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up/configuring Kubernetes & EKS and ensuring high availability of container orchestration.

• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up CICD from SCRATCH in Jenkins & Gitlab.

• Experience configuring/maintaining one monitoring tool.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

• Candidates with certifications - AWS, GCP, CKA, etc will be preferred

• Hands-on experience with databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, RDS).

Experience:

• Min 3 years of experience as DevOps automation engineer buildingg, running, and maintaining production sites.
