Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and culturally relevant scripts for video, social media, and advertisements that appeal to the diverse, young, and aspirational audiences in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
Brand Messaging: Collaborate with the marketing, product and design teams to ensure that the tone, language, and style align with brand voice and the target audience's expectations.
Research & Insights: Stay up-to-date on trends, preferences, and behaviors of Tier-2 and Tier-3 Indian consumers, tailoring content to their interests, values, and cultural references.
Localization: Adapt global or national brand messaging to ensure it resonates locally, including integrating regional dialects, humor, and references where appropriate.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is free of grammatical errors and meets high creative and editorial standards.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, or a similar creative role, preferably with a focus on the Indian market and Tier-2/Tier-3 demographics.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam ) is a strong plus.
Creative Writing: Strong storytelling abilities with a knack for writing concise, engaging scripts and ad copy across different mediums.
Versatility: Ability to adapt your writing style to suit various product and marketing needs.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with designers, marketers, and other content creators to develop integrated campaigns.
Attention to Detail: Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure error-free, high-quality content.

.Responsibilities
Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging and compelling content for digital platforms.
Collaborate with writers, directors, and producers to create promo videos, teasers, and short-form narratives.
Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
Ensure all content aligns with StoryTV’s creative vision and audience expectations.
Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, OTT-style distribution, etc.).
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and storytelling formats.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor in entertainment, digital media, or advertising.
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement in short-form content.
Basic knowledge of color grading, audio syncing, and sound design.
Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Promo Ideation & Execution
Conceptualize and produce compelling Hindi-language video promos that hook audiences and drive viewership across Eloelo.
Develop creative angles aligned with marketing goals to help reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Scriptwriting & Visualization
Write engaging, high-impact promo scripts with clear narrative flow and character insight.
Visualize scripts on-screen and collaborate with editors and producers to bring them alive through impactful storytelling.
- Creative Collaboration
Work closely with writers, editors, production, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in tone, quality, and performance.
Maintain the creative vision of the show across all promo assets.
- Marketing Storytelling
Craft short, powerful, real-time copy for banners, thumbnails, and descriptions that spark interest and clicks.
Act as the creative voice for marketing during show launches and campaigns.
- Campaign Thinking
Leverage insights from past promos and user behavior to shape future scripts and campaign ideas.
Be audience-obsessed—always focusing on what hooks, what connects, and what converts.
What You Should Bring
- Strong portfolio of Hindi promo scripts, ad films, or digital content.
- Creative storytelling skills with a knack for short, impactful promos.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content production (fiction, entertainment, or digital media preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple promos and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with writers, editors, and voiceover artists.
- Deep understanding of youth and regional (Tier 2/3) audiences.
Good to Have
- Passion for web series, short-form storytelling, and creator-first content.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CAC, etc.).
- Experience in a digital agency, production house, or OTT platform.
- Comfort with AI / new-age tools to streamline script-to-screen execution.
What You Will Do
- Acquisition strategy: Identify and strategise the next set of cohorts and channels that we need to unlock. This is going to set the roadmap of the pod and effectively unlock new opportunities for activation improvements
- Drive Initiatives: Liaise with internal team members and also with Product, Analytics, Creatives, etc., to drive solutions, scale-up, and achieve efficiency improvement in performance campaigns
- Performance Management: Identify issues which impact CPI and incoming user quality and RCA
- Strong understanding of data - we are a data driven organization, and measure outcomes closely through internal metrics. You will be working closely with the Analytics team across problem discovery, solutioning, execution and measurement
What Will You Need
- Bachelor's / MBA degree in any discipline from a top-tier college – MBA is preferable
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing strategy / Growth in a high-growth startup, or strategy consulting firm
- Structured problem-solving with good communication skills
- Data-driven with good Excel skills. Proven ability to take up high ownership
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (within the company)
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills and solving challenging problems
