Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Big 4 experience is mandatory.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with direct and indirect taxation.
• Ability to handle audits, risk analysis, and compliance.
• Experience in tax planning, tax filings, and supporting mergers/acquisitions.
• Skilled in preparing financial statements, management reports, and forecasting.
• Comfortable working with internal and external auditors.
• Knowledge of fraud detection and forensic accounting is a plus.
• Good negotiation skills for working with vendors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.

Person should have strong knowledge in -

1. Core Java,

2. JSP

3. Spring Framework,

4. Spring Boot,

5. SOAP and REST Webservices

6. Application Security.

Person should have 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Java and above-mentioned related technology.

Person should have good Oracle Database knowledge and have good communication skills.

Having work experience in BFSI domain will added advantage

Person needs to work from Mumbai location and also available to join the office

Role and Responsibilities-

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. The Head of Technology at Grab will work closely with the Founding team and lead a team of 30 people comprising backend, frontend developers testers.
2. Grab ’s current technology stack is LAMP and it houses Android applications along with backend modules. The candidate’s role will be to revisit the architecture and aim   the team towards it.  
3. Grab shall be diversifying into various new processes that will create opportunities to create new products which the Candidate shall take ownership of.
4. The Candidate's role apart from owning existing product lines will also be to create enterprise versions of Grab’s stack.
5. Candidates will obtain a deep understanding of the business side and accurate processes and systems around it. He/She will gather feedback from various stakeholders   and continuously refine tech offerings.

 Skills & Qualification:

1. Proven experience of absorbing business knowledge into building innovations around technologies is the key. We expect the technology headto bear the attitude of an entrepreneur to command the future of the firm’s technology to first in industry status.
2. Engineering Degree. One from a premier institute, preferred.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience. Off which 3 years, at a leadership role.
4. Prior development experience, preferred.

• Incumbent will be architecting our futuristic mobile & web 3.0 products and choose the best technologies, components and subsystems on different server side tech.

• Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design and related issues.

• Mentor / coach engineers to facilitate their development and provide technical leadership to them. 

Skills required

• MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college.
• Strong software design/development experience in building massively large scale distributed internet systems and products.
• Should have experience leading small teams.
• Hands-on experience in Advance Java and frameworks, Multithreading, collections and MySQL/NoSQL, golang, etc.
• Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem solving skills.
• Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, broader cutting edge technologies around server side development.
• Should be an active contributor to developer communities like Stackoverflow, Topcoder, Github, Google Developer Groups (GDGs).
• Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.
• Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in fluid environment.
