Job Title: Power Automate Developer

Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power Automate Developer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of process automation, business workflows, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and other third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow).
• Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerApps, and third-party APIs.
• Gather requirements and work closely with business teams to understand and optimize business processes.
• Create and manage custom connectors, triggers, and actions in Power Automate.
• Monitor and troubleshoot workflows to ensure smooth execution and error handling.
• Work with PowerApps, Power BI, and other tools in the Microsoft Power Platform suite as needed.
• Create technical documentation and provide end-user training/support as necessary.
• Ensure automation solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience working with Power Automate / Microsoft Flow.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365) ecosystem and tools like SharePoint Online, Outlook, Excel, Teams.
• Experience in integrating Power Automate with third-party systems using APIs, HTTP connectors, and JSON.
• Good understanding of workflow logic, triggers, conditions, loops, and expressions in Power Automate.
• Experience in PowerApps development is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, or VB) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-400).
• Experience with Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure Logic Apps, or Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Skills required (Items in Bold are mandatory keywords) :

1. Proficiency in Python  & Django

2. Solid understanding of Python concepts

3. Experience with some form of Machine Learning (ML)

4. Experience in using libraries such as Numpy and Pandas

5. Some form of experience with NLP and Deep Learning using any of Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-learn or similar

6. Hands on experience with RDBMS such as Postgres or MySQL

7. Experience building REST APIs using DRF or Flask

8. Comfort with Git repositories, branching and deployment using Git

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Candidates with the below skillsets are preferred:

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer
• Familiarity with the http://asp.net/">NETframework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail

Education Details: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Job Responsibilities:

• Server Monitoring: Monitor server performance and respond to alerts promptly. Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.
• Server Disk Cleanup: Regularly analyze and clean up server storage to optimize performance and resource allocation.
• Deployment of New Linux Instances: Create and configure new Linux server instances based on project requirements. Ensure proper security measures and updates during deployment.
• DNS Management: Manage DNS records, domains, and configurations for internal and external services.
• Backing up/Archiving Logs: Implement backup and archiving strategies for server logs to maintain data integrity and facilitate auditing.
• MySQL Backups: Create and manage automated backups of MySQL databases to ensure data integrity. Develop disaster recovery plans.
• System Administration Strategies: Develop and implement system administration strategies to enhance server performance, security, and scalability. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Linux Administrator or similar role (5+ years).
• Proficiency in Linux server administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of: Server monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix). Configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet). Virtualization and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). DNS management (e.g., BIND, AWS Route 53). Backup solutions (e.g., Bacula, AWS Backup). Log management and analysis (e.g., ELK Stack, Graylog). Database administration (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB). Security best practices and firewall configuration. Scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). Version control systems (e.g., Git). Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus). Networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing). System administration strategies and documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
