Job Description:

Should be from broking industry and should have experience in on field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) / Associates.
• Identify the needs of POSPs / Associates and suggest suitable insurance products and payout rates from different insurers.
• Provide joint call support to POSPs along with direct sales exposure.
• Achieve individual business targets aligned with POSP acquisition and activation goals.
• Manage customer relationships effectively.
• Impart product training to POSPs acquired.
• Stay updated with developments in:

alog Circuit Design::

• The candidate should have B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/VLSI Design Engineering
• The candidate should have relevant work experience of 7-16 years in Analog and SERDES IO IP design e.g. GPIOs, Thermal Sensor, PLL, ADC/DAC/ Voltage regulators/LDOs, AIB, HBMIO, DDR, HDMI/DP IO, MIPI IO etc.

Daily monitoring of Quantum's processes to ensure file transmissions to and from the system

• Ensure that any Quantum production issues with an emphasis on the modules ( Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Foreign Exchange, I/C loans, Money Market, Investments, etc.) are resolved on time
• Actively working with Quantum and internal IT teams to resolve issues with bank files and data transmissions between Quantum and other systems including retrieval of market rates
