We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our

1. Technical Sales
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for equipment and elevator systems. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients. Provide detailed technical and application advice to customers on equipment and elevator solutions.
2. Customer Engagement
Identify and assess customer needs through site visits, consultations, and discussions. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
Maintain and build relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Project Management
Oversee the technical aspects of sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.
Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process or order finalization.
4. Market Analysis
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation
Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager/Engineer in the Branch Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and technical support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing service support to customers based on sales requirements.

- Ensuring documentation and records adhere to QMS department procedures.
Authority:
- Preparing and providing service estimates.
- Creating and signing service reports for customer review.
- Deciding on component replacements during service jobs up to Rs.10,000 (in collaboration with Manager Service/Branch Manager).
- Making informed decisions on the course of actions during service engagements.
