Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager/Engineer in the Branch Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and technical support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing service support to customers based on sales requirements.
• Offering technical support to sales engineers and customers.
• Planning and attending pending service jobs promptly.
• Responding to emergency service requests within designated timeframes.
• Inspecting customer units, performing failure analysis on-site, and providing service estimates to sales engineers.

• Making informed decisions on the course of actions during service engagements.

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputable institute.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining production systems, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
