Responsibilities 

• Identify opportunities for new products

• Analyse how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences

• Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and clients

• Research materials and techniques

• Sketch drafts on paper or digitally (for example, using CAD)

• Mock-ups and prototyping

• Use 3D modelling software to design products

• Produce prototypes and test functionality

• Improve the design of existing products

• Gather feedback from product users

• Presentation

• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends

• Provide assistance to product engineers when needed.

• Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and

  techniques

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Designer

• Experience in industrial design

• Creativity in mixing up colours, shapes and techniques

• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design tools

• Good knowledge of 3D modelling software

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 Create and develop PCB layouts based on electronic schematics with proper

component placement and routing to have minimal EMI.

 Ensuring the design meets all electrical and mechanical requirements, including size

constraints, signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal considerations.

 Expertise in PCB and component Footprint (3D model) and Symbol creation also

monitor, review and drive the library deliverables.

 Individual Contributor and take Ownership for library, multi-layer (4 to 6 layers) PCB

Layout, BOM generation till Gerber release and pick & place data for production.

 He/She will be responsible for maintaining the 3D model of the designed PCB.

 He/She will be handling the queries related to gerber from PCB manufacturers.

 Need to be involved in CFT (mechanical, electrical & firmware) for design reviews.

 The designer must have hands on experience of Altium, Orcad, AutoCAD like CAD

softwares.

 Ensure that PCB designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and

certifications (e.g., IPC standards, RoHS, UL).

 Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCB design technologies, tools, and

methodologies to stay competitive and drive innovation.

 Understand and work with design files in various formats like Gerber, DXF, step, and

ODB++

 Conduct design rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC) to ensure the

PCB design complies with industry standards and design guidelines.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related

field.

 Proficiency in PCB design software and tools.

 Strong understanding of electronics, electrical engineering principles, and PCB

manufacturing processes.

 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design and

manufacturing.

 Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Effective communication and teamwork skills.

 Experience with PCB layout in various applications, such as consumer electronics,

automotive, aerospace, or medical devices, is a plus.

 Work experience of 4+ years in design and development of PCBs for power electronics

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is required in one of the leading global recycling platform with operations across the United States, UK, and Asia. Industry Preference : ex. paper, sugar, chemical, paint, fertilizer, oil & gas, candidates who are really interested to work and able to join on immediate basis may apply.

Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and commission SPMs and Automated Equipment in collaboration with the fabrication team

2. Calculate & problem solve on design challenges in various equipment from conceptual proposals to detailed design.

3. Improve existing equipment with targeted performance and automation upgrades

4. Create detailed engineering drawings and bills of materials

5. Develop equipment operational and maintenance documentation in collaboration with process & fabrication teams and conduct relevant training

6. Develop models to capture engineering calculations and FEA to validate equipment design Develop and implement control narratives in collaboration with the automation and fabrication teams

7. Create conceptual plant layouts, Process & Instrumentation diagrams, and manuals in collaboration with projects and process teams

8. Manage team of mechanical engineers for design  

Requirements

1. B. Tech. / M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with extensive hands-on experience in SPM design for diverse applications 

2. Preference of candidate with prior work experience in process industries (for ex. paper, sugar, chemical, paint, fertilizer, oil & gas)

3. Knowledge of machine shop fabrication processes

4. Proficiency with all types of automation components, sensors, electromechanical actuators, motion control, hydraulics, pneumatics etc.

5. Good experience in FEA

6. Ability to work both independently and in teams

7. Proficiency with Solid Modelling 3D CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD

8. Extensive knowledge of material specifications/ grades/properties/uses with engineering codes, and extensive knowledge of engineering accessories like pumps, valves, motors, gear boxes etc.  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must and also 7-8 years of relevant experience in interior designing.
• Have an experience of optimizing and standardizing transformation costs, managing vendors and also extensive site execution experience.
• Team handling experience in a must.    
• Willingness to travel extensively.    
• Good communication, listening and presentation skills.    
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and a go-getter attitude is required.    

• You will support the product delivery roadmap of our BIM Software with a focus on our installations feature; our highly automated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) design module, through the analysis and the testing of the new features, by monitoring the regressions, by finding the lack in the requirements (corner cases), by providing usability feedback, and how it deals with the other modules (Structural, Architectural, FEM).

• With the other QA members, you will be the link between the UX/UI Design team, the Product Owner, the Software Development teams in order to ensure the quality to deliver the whole BIM software and all its components.

• Analyze and Understand the Feature Requirements as well as find lacks (corner cases).
• Test features iteratively.
• Provide Usability Feedback as Technical user/ Standard User.
• Assess the Bugs severity.
• Monitor Feature Regressions.
• Helps to define the NFR.
• Works with Agile cross-functional teams with various stakeholders like UX Designers, Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum Master.

• 2+ years of experience in the design of Civil Electrical Installations (e.g. Wiring Systems and Methods of Electrical Wiring).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Practical and demonstrable experience with Electrical Circuit Design Simulator (e.g. Multisim/ SPICE/ ETAP).
• Friendly with Electrical Visual Design Software (e.g. Revit).
• Friendly with different OS Environments (Windows/ MaCOSx/ Linux).
• Relevant IT Certifications.

• Experiences with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Basic Knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Knowledge of at least one Collaborative Revision System (e.g. Bitbucket, Gitlab).
