Position: Python Developer

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Mode: 5 Days WFO

What We're Looking For:

Tasks:

·      You will take part in the design of the architecture and the development of modern software-based applications in the back-end (Node.JS, TypeScript, Nest.JS)

·      You support the technological conception, programming and implementation of new features

·      You help manage IoT-to-Cloud services, Microservices, Kubernetes and Docker on GCP

Requirements:

·      Bachelor or Master student in an IT-related field of study

·      Ability to holistically conceive applications in multiple technologies in the backend

·      Experience in agile software development with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.JS and ideally Nest.JS

·      First experiences in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Docker

·       

Nice to Have:

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the organization.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and employee data.

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Familiarity with HR principles and practices.

Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.

• Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications.

Designation: Asst. Manager / Manager - Email Marketing

Department: Affiliate Marketing Team

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in email marketing and marketing automation experience with expertise in database management concepts and best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements
2. Design, assemble and create overall email marketing campaigns.
3. Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling. Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
4. Develop a personalization strategy.
5. Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
6. Create database of emails for lead generation.
7. Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
8. Include persuasive call-to-actions in advertisements and promotions.
9. Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
10. Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting and analyze campaign performance.
11. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
12. Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
13. Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
14. Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Mailmodo, Hubspot, and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing

2. Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Programming Strong understanding of best practices for creating/working with Microservices

• Experience implementing Message Brokers and Messaging subsystems(experience working with Kafka a strong plus)
