International Sales Executive US Shift/ Night Shift

Below are the High-level Job Description:

1. New policy and use cases creation
2. 24/7 Administration and management of in scoped security devices, dedicated support to implementing the changes (additions, modifications and deletions) for Security Devices Configurations as per the organization change management policy or process
3. Participation in Change / Incident / Problem Management calls to comprehend, assess user-specific requirements and take appropriate actions if any
4. Development of a comprehensive Plan of Action (POA) inclusive of a rollback strategy as a precautionary measure for any change implementation, migration and upgrade
5. Precise execution of scheduled configuration changes within the specified timeframe as per the organization policy or process.
6. Sanity should be performed thoroughly after any changes, modification, upgrade, migration and rollback. It should be documented along with appropriate artefacts.
7. Periodic review of configuration, agent reconciliation, architecture and infrastructure to ensure necessary compliance, prevent any interruption, automation opportunities and optimization.
8. Conducting a thorough review release notes for both known, unknown issues and limitations pertaining to current and proposed releases.
9. Offering insightful suggestions or resolutions should advisories align with the infrastructure.
10. Post-upgrade, meticulously monitoring the Security Devices, validating application traffic, conducting essential testing, and documenting all artefacts generated
11. Document open issues / limitations / bugs of the new security solution to circulate across all concern teams before completion of the handover.
12. Execute routine device configuration and policy database updates adhering to InfoSec guidelines on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.
13. Prepare appropriate report along with PoA and discuss with concern stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of the automation or optimizations.

Conduct offline training sessions on JAVA topics.

Prepare and share training materials, assignments, and case studies.

Guide students through hands-on activities and real-world marketing projects.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Proven experience in sales for 1-2 years in SaaS industry.
• Strong knowledge of the product and its functionalities, including lead management, reporting, and data enrichment.
• Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with using lead management tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusah and Apollo etc.

About the role:

We’re seeking a qualified Sales Manager to sell Whitehat Jr’s product that our customers have grown to rely on. The Sales Manager will utilise their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Role details:

Scope: Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role

Work Location: Remote online work until offices reopen, candidate may be based anywhere in India

Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during week

Shifts (subject to change): shift start hour will be after 6 AM and shift end hour before 12 midnight (For day shifts), shift start hour will be after 7 PM and shift end hour before 10 AM (For night shift)

Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi

Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursed

Qualifications:

• Proven B2C Sales track record of exceeding targets, >2 years of Sales experience
• Fluency in English and Hindi, ability and willingness to deliver in a high pressure environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to counsel a parent for the child's future
• Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better
• Graduation is not mandatory for candidates with 3+ years of experience
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ) and powerpoint

• Partners with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into clearly defined analytical projects.
• Identify opportunities for text analytics and NLP to enhance the core product platform, select the best machine learning techniques for the specific business problem and then build the models that solve the problem.
• Own the end-end process, from recognizing the problem to implementing the solution.
• Define the variables and their inter-relationships and extract the data from our data repositories, leveraging infrastructure including Cloud computing solutions and relational database environments.
• Build predictive models that are accurate and robust and that help our customers to utilize the core platform to the maximum extent.

• 12 to 15 yrs of experience.
• An advanced degree in predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence; or a degree in programming and significant experience with text analytics/NLP. He shall have a strong background in machine learning (unsupervised and supervised techniques). In particular, excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, logistic regression, MLPs, RNNs, etc.
• Experience with text mining, parsing, and classification using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Experience with information retrieval, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language
• Understanding and Neural Language Modeling.
• Ability to evaluate the quality of ML models and to define the right performance metrics for models in accordance with the requirements of the core platform.
• Experience in the Python data science ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, sci-kit-learn, NLTK, Gensim, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly possessing the ability to share technical results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to perform high-level work both independently and collaboratively as a project member or leader on multiple projects.
