We are hiring customer support representatives to resolve customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to demonstrate the product, customer requirements gathering, data entry and resolve complaints or disputes raised by customers. Basic computer knowledge is required.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Meet CEO’s / Top Management of small businesses in your city / region assigned to you. (Meetings will be scheduled for you by our telesales team) 2. Give a detailed demonstration of the product. (You will receive a one-week training on the product before you start sales) 3. Ask the business owners / management to allot a point of contact with whom the central operations team can co-ordinate for data collection and other tasks 4. Co-ordinate closely with the operations and telesales team with updates on the meeting and new meetings scheduled

Minimum 5 Years of Experience MUST have minimum 2 years of AngularJS/Angular 2 Should have worked on the following frameworks: jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap Working Knowledge of RESTful API design, DOM API, AJAX programming, JSON, and XML Familiarity with frontend tools like Bower, Grunt, Webpack and test frameworks like Jasmine, Karma Hands on experience with NodeJS. Have working knowledge A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques. Hands on experience in advanced JavaScript, ES5, ES6 Required education: BE/ MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject. Proven Hands-on experience in software development Responsibilities: Must have a strong understanding of UI, cross browser compatibility, general web functions and standards. The position requires constant communication with the colleagues. Planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products. Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications Integrating data from various Back-end services and database Position Nos.-1
