Training and Development:

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.

Maintain training records and track employee participation.

Support HR team in implementing employee development initiatives.

Requirements:

Recent MBA graduate in Human Resources or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or work experience in HR or related field.

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.

Certification in HR is a plus.
