Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time Internship)

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Role Overview:

As a Content Creator Intern, you'll be responsible for ideating, creating, and delivering content that engages audiences across platforms—especially around tech and long-format narratives. You’ll be featured in some on-camera content, so we are currently looking for a male candidate for role-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize and create engaging long-format content, particularly in the tech space.

● Script, shoot, and edit videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

● Be comfortable appearing on camera as a presenter or host for certain video formats.

● Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.

● Stay updated with trends across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

● Male candidate (role involves on-camera presence requiring a male host).

● Experience in creating or scripting tech-related or long-format content.

● Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma is a plus.

● Strong storytelling and communication skills.

● Comfortable in front of the camera and presenting ideas clearly.

● Available to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru for the internship duration.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping stories. You’ll work on short-form and long-form content that feels native to Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn—not recycled TV edits.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) and long-form content
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion elements where needed
• Maintain pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency
• Repurpose long videos into high-performing short clips
• Collaborate with content and growth teams on concepts and formats
• Experiment with trends while keeping edits clean and purposeful
• Deliver edits on tight timelines without compromising quality

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and narrative flow
• Understanding of platform-specific formats and attention spans
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and improve each cut
• Basic knowledge of color correction and audio cleanup
• Portfolio or sample edits are mandatory (personal projects count)

• Motion graphics or animated text skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Banking industry Experience, preferably in Securities Lending Domain (LAS – Loan against securities).
• Solution experience in one of more of the following Lending areas :- Business Process Automation, Credit & Portfolio Analytics, Commercial Loan Product, Loan Servicing and Risk Management.
• Familiar with multiple securities events i.e. Share sale, Corporate action, Revaluation, DP & LTV Calculations etc.
• Should be able to play catalyst role between business and IT.
• Good Communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI Stakeholders.
• Should be able to provide domain support to development and technical teams on core Securities Lending domain.
• Provide support to business teams in terms of answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues as they arise during design and development.

Responsibilities

• As a Hybrid Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for creating compelling concepts for customer products and offerings as well as engage user experience across varied platforms.
• You shall be involved across all stages of the application life cycle, from requirements specification, wireframes, mockups, development, testing to deployment.
• You shall be expected to work in a team, assigning and delegating tasks and responsibilities among your co-developers.
• You will also be engaged in providing regular updates on project status & progress to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a modern commercial web development environment and shipping solid product;

• Proficiency using HTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX;

• Solid understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, asset loading, caching, REST, Thrift);

• Past experience or familiarity with architectural patterns of large, high-scale web or mobile applications;

• Experience building and using continuous development environments; • Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities;

• Rigor in A/B testing, test coverage, and other web best practices;

• Analytical and strong quantitative skills, plus experience combining code and math;

• Familiar with most of the following: Microsoft Stack, Python, Node.js, Docker, AngularJS.
