Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Set objectives and goals for the team and track progress.
• It is an employee-facing managerial role.
• Lead multiple resources and groups from an operational angle and track progress through daily standups.
• Should be excellent in writing general email communication.
• Dealing with email inquiries.
• Taking minutes of the meeting and tracking those to closure.
• Document an overall status report of engagement.
• Mentor and coach team to work on creating case studies for the respective projects.
• Follow up with the prospects for getting appointments.
• Monitoring the daily progress of team members.
• Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
• The person will be managing groups related to content creation, graphics, lead generation, sales, and overall growth strategy also.
• Should conduct standup meetings
• Use of MS tools to streamline the project, resource, and portfolio management.
• Develop the project plan for the tasks, dependencies, and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality.
• Detail-oriented with strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience working in diverse and collaborative environments.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
• Providing input into the planning process.

Requirements: 

• Must have experience of 3-5 years.
• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager, or Staffing Manager etc..
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
• Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Designation: Software Engineer or Sr. Software Engineer

 

Technology Stack: Dot Net Framework, .NET Core, ReactJS, SQL, Entity Framework

 

Experience: 2-4 Years or more

 

Job Location: Mumbai or Pune

 

• Must be very good in coding and code review skills

 

• The applicant must have good communication skills, both verbal and written

 

• Must be very good in troubleshooting and organizational skills to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision

 

Salary Range: 10L to 14L per annum (Based on experience and skills)

Job Description:

- We are looking for a seasoned Backend engineer to manage our web infrastructure. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience with all the skills listed below.

- Our project entails implementing our pre-approved UI, constructing our API, connecting the two, and setting up our server infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Pixel-perfect- implementation of our approved user interface

- Design and construction of our REST APIs

- Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability

Skills :

1) Experience :

- >1+ years experience in Backend development, preferably in Python [Flask].

2) Experience with SQL databases
