• Design and driving learning strategy and charter for company, inline with business priorities.
• Provide a responsive, effective and efficient centralized- Learning and Development (L&D) function within the newly established Centre of Excellence (CoE) providing a range of Learning and Development services across functions.

• UDB- Universal Database DB2 on Linux/Unix

• Good to have skills
• Knowledge of distributed applications and Unix scripting, Python is good to have.
• Prior experience on Mainframe modernization.
• Prior Morgan Stanley or Financial Services experience is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Skills

 Overall experience of 4 to 7 Years working on AI/ML framework development

 Good programming knowledge in Python is must.

 Proficiency with Uni/multivariate statistics, algorithm design, and predictive AI/ML modelling.
