We are seeking a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficient development, deployment, and maintenance of our platform.

We are looking for a visionary Sr. Full Stack Engineering Lead who is passionate about building and leading our technology department. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and experience in leading a team to drive innovation and growth. As Engineering Lead, you will oversee the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.

Leadership and Strategy:

• Lead the engineering team and make strategic decisions regarding the technology stack, project management, and resource allocation.
• Establish the company’s technical vision and lead all aspects of technological development.

Development:

• Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of web applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.

Maintenance and Optimization:

• Maintain code integrity and organization.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continually work on optimizing the performance of different applications.

Security: Ensure the security of the web applications by integrating security best practices.

• Oversee and support project planning, deadlines, and progress.

Front-End Development:

• HTML/CSS: For structuring and styling the web pages.
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Core scripting language, along with frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js for dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

Back-End Development:

• Python: Using frameworks like Django or Flask for server-side logic.
• Node.js: JavaScript runtime environment for building scalable network applications.
• Ruby on Rails: A server-side web application framework written in Ruby.

Database Management:

• SQL Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL for structured data storage.
• NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, Cassandra for unstructured data or specific use cases.

Server Management:

• Nginx or Apache: For server and reverse proxy functionalities.
• Docker: For containerizing applications and ensuring consistency across multiple development and release cycles.

DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

• Git: For version control.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in full-stack web development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with state management in React (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and Node.js server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and integrating databases with Node.js.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment, with a focus on continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with additional frontend technologies such as TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and scalability best practices.

Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Responsibilities

Creating Websites using standard HTML/CSS practices

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Programming, designing and developing content management systems, web services/APIs, backend and administration system using PHP/MySQL/JavaScript and open-source Frameworks Eg Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend, Yii, and Slim etc.

Design application architecture design and maintain MY SQL databases & Tablets 

Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software 

Write technical documentation

Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Experience in web design and understanding of modern web designing tools like Axure, Marvel, or Figma 

Debugging, Troubleshooting and analytical and logical skills.

Familiarity with common stacks
