🎯 Objective:
To manage and support daily operations related to training delivery at Edstellar. The role ensures sessions run smoothly, trainers and learners are well-supported, and all operational data is accurately tracked and reported.
🧩 Key Roles & Responsibilities
🔧 1. Training Session Coordination
- Coordinate and execute virtual or in-person training sessions as per schedule.
- Share session invites, pre-training materials, and joining links (Zoom/MS Teams).
- Provide live session monitoring and basic tech support.
📞 2. Trainer & Client Communication
- Act as a liaison between trainers, learners, and internal teams.
- Communicate session schedules, changes, or escalations as required.
- Collect trainer feedback and ensure proper documentation.
📊 3. Data Entry & Reporting
- Maintain session trackers (Google Sheets/Excel) and update LMS/CRM tools.
- Track attendance, trainer invoices, session feedback, and ticket statuses.
- Support generation of weekly/monthly performance and delivery reports.
🧾 4. Operational Support Activities
- Assist in document preparation, session audits, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and sourcing teams to close operational loops.
- Follow up on trainer documentation for payouts and issue certificates.
