HubSpot CMS Developer

We are looking for a skilled HubSpot CMS Developer to design, develop, and maintain engaging, high-performance digital experiences on the HubSpot platform. The role involves translating UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and accessible web pages, along with backend configurations, API integrations, and SEO optimization to support business growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development:Build and maintain websites, landing pages, blogs, and email templates using HubSpot CMS.
• Custom Coding:Develop custom themes, templates, and responsive modules using HubL, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Data & Dynamic Content:Implement HubDB tables, dynamic content, and CRM property mappings.
• Integrations & Automation:Develop and manage HubSpot API integrations, private apps, webhooks, and serverless functions using Node.js.
• Performance & SEO:Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, structured schema markup, and technical SEO.
• Collaboration:Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to support campaigns, CRM workflows, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Maintenance:Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and accessibility compatibility.

Core Requirements & Skills

• 3+ yearsof web development experience, with strong hands-on experience inHubSpot CMS development.
• Strong proficiency inHTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and HubL.
• Hands-on experience withHubSpot Design Manager, custom modules, themes, HubDB, and local development tools.
• Experience withHubSpot APIs, webhooks, private apps, and serverless functions.
• Strong understanding ofresponsive/mobile-first design, website performance, and technical SEO.
• Good problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience withReact.js or Vue.js.
• HubSpot CMS for Developers certification.
• Experience withWebflow, WordPress, or Shopify.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
2. Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and URLs Work on On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities
3. Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
4. Monitor website performance using SEO tools Conduct technical SEO audits and suggest improvements
5. Track rankings, traffic, and SEO performance reports
6. Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation
7. Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
