We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and driving sales of our technology solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Outbound Calls: Contact prospective and existing customers by phone to introduce, promote, and sell products & services.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads from provided lists, referrals, and other sources.
3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches, respond to customer inquiries, and handle objections to close sales.
4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
5. Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and quotas.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.

Founded by 4 long-term Microsoft employees, we have our operations in Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam and Tirupati with over 100 restaurants on the platform. Our platform is trying to empower restaurant owners by providing them with valuable insights in their operations such as restaurant analytics, increasing the average order size by upselling and cross-selling, managing the inventory and customer engagement. Nitin Sharma, our CEO has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to DeMeNew, he was a Director at Microsoft. Our advisors include industry veterans like Amit Sircar who is currently the Vice President, Business Productivity Enterprise Services at Microsoft. Amit has spent over 20 years in several
leadership roles with some of the world's most reputed organizations like HP, Wipro Infotech and IBM.

Mandatory experience on Angular 2+
